Cancellations/Rescheduling

If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment for any reason, you agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

  • You agree to pay the full session rate if you give less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss an appointment without giving notice.
  • This also applies if canceling a portion of the scheduled service.
If, within 48 hours of your session, you develop a contagious illness or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency which renders you unable to make your appointment, you will inform Arlington Therapeutic Massage and Energy Healing right away. If you are unable to fill your vacancy, you will pay the cancellation fee or session fee, unless an exception is granted, only at the discretion of Arlington Therapeutic Massage and Energy Healing. Cancellations may be completed online from your appointment confirmation email. If you're having trouble completing a cancellation online, please send a text message to 703-936-4045.

Arrival/Session Length: You understand you must arrive a few minutes early for any appointment in order to receive the full session time scheduled. If you arrive on time, or late, you understand the practitioner will only honor the remainder of the scheduled session.

Course Registration Policy: Should the registrant cancel or postpone class attendance, the deposit is non-refundable but it may be credited toward a space-available class and for the same class type within 6 months from the originally scheduled class date. The fee for rescheduling the class date is a $25.00, non-refundable, non-transferable fee and is charged for each rescheduling instance. However, if Arlington Therapeutic Massage and Energy Healing cancels the initial class scheduled, the deposit is fully refundable or the registrant may reschedule for another scheduled class within six months of the initially scheduled class date.
